This week's Dancer of the Week is Paris Opera etoile Monique Loudieres, pictured below in Nureyev's production of Don Quixote, in which she will be dancing this week in Paris.

We chose Loudieres partly because she's dancing this week, partly because it's a French week, with a French quiz, and partly because she's a favorite of at least one of our regulars on Ballet Talk.
